Overview
As all items are handmade, we currently ship orders once a week in the order that they were received.
If for some reason, you need to cancel your order or change shipping details, email us and we’ll do our best. We cannot guarantee cancellation.
We can easily change your shipping address if you email us, so long as the package has not already been mailed out.
We ship with trusted shipping providers and are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. Do reach out if you have issues and we’ll see what we can do to help if you have an unusual problem.
To be eligible for a digital gift card, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Books and other publications with obvious signs of use.
Digital items such as e-books.
Custom orders.
Any item not in its original condition, showing signs of damage or having missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds
We aren’t offering cash refunds at this time. We’ll send you a digital gift card for the full value of the pieces you are returning that never expires.
Customers are responsible for all fees, duties, taxes, etc. that may be incurred during shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or need to return your product, please contact us.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
